The Service connects to third-party AI provider APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Your use of these providers is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not a party to your agreements with these providers and are not responsible for their services, policies, or actions.

The App Store purchase flow is governed by Apple's Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and applicable EU law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our infrastructure is hosted in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH).

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
