Frequently Asked Questions

To connect Anthropic:

  1. Open the app and tap Providers in the bottom tab bar
  2. Tap Connect next to Anthropic
  3. An in-app browser will open — log in with your Anthropic account
  4. Approve the OAuth permission request
  5. You'll be redirected back to the app automatically

Your usage data will appear on the Dashboard within seconds. Credentials are stored encrypted on our EU servers and never shared.

Connecting OpenAI follows the same flow as Anthropic:

  1. Tap Providers in the bottom tab bar
  2. Tap Connect next to OpenAI
  3. Log in with your OpenAI account in the in-app browser
  4. Approve the permission request

Note: Connecting more than one provider requires a Premium subscription.

Google-based providers (Gemini and AntiGravity/Cloud Code) use Google OAuth:

  1. Tap Providers in the bottom tab bar
  2. Tap Connect next to Gemini or AntiGravity
  3. Sign in with your Google account
  4. Grant the requested permissions

Connecting more than one provider requires Premium.

To disconnect a provider:

  1. Open the app and tap Providers
  2. Find the connected provider
  3. Tap Disconnect

This removes the encrypted OAuth tokens from our servers. Your data with the provider is unaffected.

You can permanently delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Tap Account in the bottom tab bar
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion

This permanently and irreversibly removes all your data — account credentials, encrypted OAuth tokens, usage history, and consent records — within 24 hours. This action cannot be undone.

Your Premium purchase is tied to your Apple ID:

  1. Sign in to the app with your account
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Upgrade to Premium
  4. In the paywall, tap Restore Purchases

Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If restoration fails, contact Apple support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If usage data isn't updating:

  • Pull down on the Dashboard to manually refresh
  • Check that your internet connection is active
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the provider (Settings → Providers)
  • The AI provider API may be temporarily unavailable — try again in a few minutes

No. We never access, store, or process the content of your AI conversations or prompts. We only retrieve usage statistics (token counts and utilization percentages) from provider APIs.

Your OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256 (Fernet) and stored on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany). We have zero analytics, zero tracking, and zero advertising on this service.

The homescreen widget (Premium feature) shows your current AI usage at a glance — including your token utilization percentage and remaining capacity for your primary connected provider.

To add the widget: long-press your home screen → tap "+" → search for "AI Usage Tracker" → choose small or medium widget → tap "Add Widget".

Widget data refreshes automatically in the background.
